Changing Narratives. Improving Lives.

Changing Narratives to Advance Health & Wellbeing and Reduce Health Inequalities.

Living Well Insights is a public-benefit health initiative in formation, focused on improving health literacy, addressing health inequalities, and supporting culturally inclusive approaches to wellbeing. We amplify lived experience, strengthen community voice, and build understanding that supports healthier outcomes — with dignity, care, and compassion.

Who We Work With

We work alongside individuals, families, and organisations most affected by health inequalities, exclusion, and preventable illness.

Black Communities & Diaspora Families:

Supporting culturally informed health education, wellbeing resources, and community-led insight to address health inequalities and build trust.

Careers & Older Adults:

Practical guidance, peer support, and legacy-focused programmes for carers and older adults navigating ageing, memory loss, and long-term care.

Individuals Affected by Preventable Illness

Accessible information and advocacy to support prevention, early intervention, and improved outcomes.

Community & Health Partners:

Working with charities, care providers, public health teams, and grassroots organisations to reduce inequalities and strengthen local outcomes.

What We Do

We provide community-centred health education, advocacy, and practical support designed to improve health literacy, prevent avoidable illness, and strengthen community voice.

Health Inequalities Advocacy

We advocate for fairer health outcomes by amplifying lived experience, challenging structural inequalities, and supporting evidence-informed action.

Community Workshops & Teaching

Practical workshops and learning sessions that build health understanding, confidence, and prevention-focused decision-making.
